Bryan is a partner at B-FORE Capital and has held senior roles including Managing Director at Accordion Partners and Alterity Group, and Senior Vice President at Palm Tree LLC, where he advised sponsor-backed companies on strategic finance, due diligence, and post-close performance improvement. He also founded fAcction Advisors, a consulting firm focused on transition and transformation advisory for growth equity investors.

Throughout, Bryan has worked closely with private equity and venture capital firms to build financial solutions that meet the growing demand for Office of the CFO expertise. He's known for turning strategic vision into profitable outcomes for investors, partners, and the teams he leads.

At Virtu, Mr. Cifu led and managed all key strategic and operational decisions, including its initial public offering that closed in April 2015, the $1.0 billion acquisition of Madison Tyler, LLC in 2011, the $1.4 billion acquisition of KCG Holdings in 2017, the $1.0 billion acquisition of ITG in March 2019 and various public and private financings. Upon his retirement Virtu had an enterprise value of $9 billion and was recognized as a market-leading global electronic market making firm and a trusted execution services partner to over 2,000 clients globally. A recognized market structure and capital markets expert, Mr. Cifu frequently speaks on global market structure issues with global regulators, at industry conferences and in private settings.

Prior to co-founding Virtu, Mr. Cifu was a partner at the international law firm of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP, where he practiced corporate law from 1990 to 2008, served on the firm's Management Committee and was Deputy Chairman of the Corporate Department. At Paul Weiss, Mr. Cifu specialized in complex merger and acquisition transactions for private equity sponsors and other Fortune 500 companies.

Mr. Cifu completed his J.D. at Columbia Law School in 1990 and received his B.A. from Columbia University in 1987, from which he graduated magna cum laude and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.

Before joining COVR, Blake spent nearly five years at Provi, the largest B2B digital marketplace for the beverage alcohol industry, where he rose from Manager, Strategy & Operations to Director, Commercial Operations, ultimately working directly with Provi's President to drive GTM strategy, commercial operations, and revenue. Along the way he managed Provi's payments platform, Tab and ProviPay, led corporate development, partnership, and strategic finance initiatives alongside the C-Suite, and helped scale the company through a period in which gross merchandise volume on the platform surpassed $5 billion.

Blake began his career at Deloitte Consulting in the Strategy & Operations practice, where he advised clients across payments, banking, healthcare, sports business, and blockchain, including advising national sports organizations on operating-model transformation and consumer data strategy. Earlier still, as an undergraduate at Northwestern, he co-founded and ran sales and operations for Ink Tank, a student-run custom apparel company, an early taste of the builder mindset he's brought to every role since.

Blake holds an MBA with honors from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, where he graduated in the top 10% of his class, was inducted into Beta Gamma Sigma, and was selected as a mentee for the 2026 Sloan Sports Analytics Conference. He earned his bachelor's degree from Northwestern University, studying Economics and Learning & Organizational Change with a minor in Business Institutions and a Leadership Certificate.
